Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

- If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modifications
We do not offer modifications to items or delivery addresses after an order is placed. If changes are needed, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
